CELEBRATE WITH OUR TEAM - OUR FIRST MONTH

From all of us here at Slate & Palm, we would like to thank you for creating a month of moments with our curated gift boxes. So far, we’ve learned so much from you and for that we are extremely grateful. The most valuable piece we learned is that our customers are hyped about the quantity of items inside of our boxes -- and the giftees are always impressed! 

Here at Slate & Palm, our most important fundamental value is the smile your giftee has when they share the moment of opening your gift. We take pride in putting together curated gift boxes that are packed to the brim with meaningful items that will be enjoyed beyond just the opening. 

 Since our Launch day of Friday, October 16th - we’ve made a few changes that we are thrilled about! Check them out below:

• New Website Theme - We heard the feedback that the original site was not as dynamic and fluid as you would have hoped for, so we curated a new theme that is more user friendly on both desktop and mobile experience.
  
  
• Personalized Greeting Card Update - We noticed that orders were coming in without people picking what their personalized card or message chosen, so we updated the placement of the button and it’s look to grab your attention before you add to cart.
  
  
• Introduced Harley - This one is probably the most impactful update so far. Now across your experience on slateandpalm.com, our new virtual chat assistant (Harley) can answer inquiries you might have along the way! We invite you to connect with her the next time you’re on the site - with each interaction she gets a bit smarter. You can even connect with her on social media - @theprincessharley.
