Will my recipient see the product prices and information?
- No! We will never place any shipment/invoice information inside the box as we know the product is more than likely to be a gift to somebody else. The purchaser will receive all detailed information via email.
Do you ever have sales or promotions?
- At this time we are working on a S&P Insider Rewards System. Sign up for our email subscription to stay informed on those updates!
SHIPPING INQUIRIES
Where can you ship your products?
- Our products can be shipped anywhere within the United States.
What are your gift boxes shipped in?
- They are shipped in a standard-style box so it is protected and safe! Inside of the standard packaging will be the Slate & Palm Gift-Giving Box, as shown on the individual product page.
Is shipping included?
- To ensure your box receives the best service possible, we partner with UPS to courier your order to them. Therefore shipping is an additional cost and is not included in the sub-total price.
Do you provide express shipping?
- Yes! We provide our customers with the option to select express shipping at a premium rate. (Express Shipping rates may vary.)
RETURN POLICY
What is your return policy?
- We are confident that our products will meet expectations. However, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. All products are final sale.
Can I cancel my existing order?
- Any cancellations for orders that have not been shipped yet will be reviewed by the Slate & Palm Management Team. (Cancellations are not accepted for orders that have already been shipped.) Please email orders@slateandpalm.com for more details.
